Processing Times

Shipping Rates

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
